FOR HARRIS
Students enjoyed exploring the new 36,500-square-foot
addition to the Annie Richardson Bass Building on the first
day of fall classes. The modern atrium features round skylights
that let in natural sunlight and plenty of seating, making it an
ideal study space. Also inside are active-learning classrooms,
a technology-rich Health Professions Learning Center, and
additional faculty offices, administrative suites and student
amenity areas. The new addition stands as a signature facility
that will bridge the educational experiences of generations
of health science students. A dedication ceremony and
celebration will be held in Spring 2015.
